- Prices fluctuate quickly, you might not get the same price twice.
- Shipping is a minimum of $26 USD to the USA for one box. Please ask me for shipping rates if you live outside of the US.
- Due to availability it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for your order to reach your door. If you want it faster, ask me how to use Wise. Feel free to message me about your order.
- I will check your box to make sure it hasn't been tampered with. This is part of my service as Goodies Japan and is included in the box's price.
Return and purchase policy
If you are missing an SR card (not SAR, those are NOT guaranteed in these boxes), then there is a chance your box was tampered with. You can ask for a refund up to 7 days after receiving your box.
I source my boxes with Japanese Mercari. Mercari has a policy that the seller doesn't get paid until the buyer gives them a good review (that means the money is held back by Mercari until the buyer reviewed the purchase). This strongly decreases the chance for scams.
My responsibility is to receive the items on your behalf, check their quality by checking the box's weight and wrapping, and then ship to you. I am obligated to give a review of the purchase on Mercari within 7 days of receiving it. Once I give the review the money is sent to the seller.
